We care about our workers and make things as easy as possible.


🚫 We don’t make you forge a CV telling us how amazing your GCSE results were in 1998.

🚫 We don’t ask you to come in wearing a suit and tie and blag an interview telling us how good you are at teamwork and using Microsoft Excel.

🚫 We don’t expect you to provide 3 references and put you off from working till we’ve had them back. (You’ve probably only asked your mates to write them anyway.)


What we do do:

✅ Give you a call and explain about the jobs we’ve got available.

✅ Get you into work straight away (the same day if we can).

✅ Give you a £50 advance on your wages after the completion of your first shift. This is to help you with food / bills / travel etc till your first payday (you do have to work a week in hand).

✅ Give you holiday pay. You accrue your entitlement with every hour you work.

✅ Give you money off vouchers through our payroll company. These cover lots of places like high street stores, bars, restaurants and even local beauty parlours and garages.

✅ We will invest in you if you want to progress. We offer training opportunities such as FLT qualifications, City & Guilds winter service operations (gritting) and other trades careers.

✅ We give a £50 voucher to one of our workers each month for hard work and commitment (employee of the month).

✅ If you can recommend a friend / family member that works full time for us for at least 12 weeks we’ll give you £50 to say thanks.

✅ We understand that life happens, if something unexpected crops up then let us know and we will try and change your shift, so you still get paid.
