Finding Your Candidates

At Resilient we have candidates who are fully compliant, have been interviewed and are available at short notice for emergency requirements, additionally and depending on the service you need, we may not use our existing candidates and we will operate a search, selection and interview process prior to any individual commencing work.

STEP 2 – In depth interviews and ID checks for those who are invited to attend an interview by an experienced trained member of staff, we can also add testing or technical testing to this.
STEP 3 – Reference checks prior to placement
STEP 4 – Full candidate briefing of your requirements
